CARDINAL HALYARD INTERNATIONAL NPO is a Section 21 Non Profit Organisation (co. Reg. 2010/014284/08). We were registered with CIPRO on 6 July 2010 - Sisipho's 6th birthday and are currently applying for NPO status with the Department of Social services. We have also added a new director, and once finalized with CIPRO we will be able to apply for TAX EXEMPTION. Benefits of TAX EXEMPTION will be:
1) Paypal will activate our account for use by overseas donors. You’ll be able to donate easily with just a click on the donate button at the bottom of the page;
2) South African donors will be able to claim back on their tax returns.
